Withdrawal Process

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
qb99 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total will be ৳17,000.
Wagering requirement
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. qb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer, however the conditions already applied to active bonus accounts will remain unchanged.
Bonus Abuse
If abuse of the bonus system is detected (such as using multiple accounts or placing artificial bets), qb99 may cancel the bonus from the relevant account and close the account.

- Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression depends on regular gaming activity and overall participation on the platform. qb99 reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, or cashback rates of the VIP program. VIP benefits cannot be transferred to another account.
07 Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by qb99
qb99 may temporarily or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:
- Any clause of these Terms is violated.
- Evidence of fraud, deception, or illegal activity is found.
- Required documents for identity verification are not submitted.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
Closure by the User
